This sequence of three instantaneous photographs has been taken in Asmara some month ago. The photographer is a diplomat, who has them passed to the Courier. This is his story: "I was parking my car in one street in the center of the Eritrean capital, when from the other part of the road I saw a truck on whose pianale the soldiers were pushing a score of boys. I have understood that it was a matter of a raid of young people to be sent to the ill famed and hated one army camp of Sawa. One of the boys ...tried to escape by crossing the road. Ce he did not make it. E' be hit from one squall of gun fire. Then a man in uniform approached and finished the boy with a grace blow. His body remained on the asphalt for beyond an hour. To me it seemed a warning for anyone who tries to rebel against the regime".One from the baito meskerem has written:

Selam seb Bayto....

I am more than convinced the regime in Eritrea can only be removed by force. I must have been sniffing some thing toxic for so long that, I never realized that this mad man can only be removed by the language he knows best.

I my self, Eritrean political problem one man and one man only. We need to get rid of this MAD DOG. It is not a problem about Jebha or Shaebia, it is not a problem of PFDJ and G-15. We need to immediately have a plan on how to get rid of this guy.

If there is any one that believes in opening a dialogue with this regime, it only is advocating the mass killing of our people.

Thank you
